We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Most of our products are imported so depending on your country or order, your items may be shipped via USPS, Malaysia Post, EMS/China Post or PostNL. 

Zipmart is not responsible for delayed shipping due to orders being held by customs.


We're happy to accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 60 days from delivery. To return an item simply visit the link below to start the process and to download a prepaid shipping label.

Your original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we somehow sent you the wrong item in which case we'll happily refund your shipping charges), and you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Zipmart will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. Items unfit for return will be sent back to you with an explanation as to why they weren’t up to snuff.

When your return shipment is received, we will handle your return or exchange quickly. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, and Zipmart will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged goods that we send back to you. Please know that the time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank and/or credit card company.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

All of our products are shipped with insured secure shipping. We want to make sure your item arrives to your safely. The price varies depending on the product ordered, the total weight, and shipping destination.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

For deliveries inside the continental US, it takes about 10-21 days depending on your location.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we ship on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
